Visit the Holocaust Memorial in the center of Berlin is Germany’s central Holocaust memorial site, a place for remembrance and commemoration of six million victims.
A cruise along the River Spree flows through old and New Berlin. The Historical tour: a one hour round trip, highlights include Palace of Republic, Berlin Cathedral, Museum Island and the Reichstag.
Pergamon Museum. One of the museum’s highlights is the stunning original frieze of the Pergamon Altar depictating the epic battle of between the gods and giants, which is one of the greatest artistic legacies of classical antiquity.
The Brandenburg Gate. Berlin’s only remaining gate and a symbol of unified Germany. The dramatic Quadriga that sits on top has a history as eventful as the city’s.
Stasi Museum. The original Stasi headquarters now explores the political system of former East Germany. Visit the secret police’s working quarters in this labyrinth of buildings which once featured a supermarket, cinema and clinic.

Guided Sightseeing Tour of Prague
This half day walking tour takes students through historic Old Prague and shows all the main sights such as Prague Castle, Lesser Town, Charles Bridge, old Town Square, Little Square and Wenceslas Square.
Afternoon walking tour of Josefov to learn about Prague’s Jewish history. The Jewish Quarter still preserves its original atmosphere and will visit it’s synagogues, including the famous Old-New Synagogue and the Spanish Synagogue, built in 1868 and today housing a museum of Jewish fabrics.
Prague Castle Tour resembles a small town itself as it is the largest ancient castle in the world, measuring a massive 570m long and on average 128m wide. The Czech kings, Holy Roman Emperors and presidents of the Czech Republic all used the castle as a place of work.
A one hour cruise along the river Vltava through central Prague will offer students the chance to see most of the sights and institutions from the river.
